    May 3rd Practice Schedule:

    Practice Information

    • Practice days are listed on the website and facebook page. 
    • Practice starts at 8:00 am with the Beginners Only group and the rotating schedule starts at 8:30 am following the below schedule. Practice ends at 3:00 pm. 
    • We will never combine groups that should not be together but may alter/remove/add groups depending on the numbers. 
    • We will run the following schedule:

      Non-Race bike and Stacyc on small track (15min)
      A/B Class (15min)
      50cc and 65cc Race Bike (15min)
      Non-Race bike and Stacyc on small track (15min)
      85cc-C (15min)
      50cc and 65cc Pre-Novice (15min)
      85cc/Big Bike Pre-Novice (10min)

       

    • We will black flag anyone we do not think should be in a group, this is not meant to be punitive unless we have to ask you to leave a group more than once.

    Additional Guidelines:

    Riders will stay in the same class for the day.

    If you start in a class (e.g., C class) and feel you're too fast, feel free to move to A/B, and vice versa.

    Track safety and behavior are crucial. If any unsafe behavior is noticed, inform a coach so adjustments can be made.

    Track Maintenance/Watering: Some sessions may be adjusted to allow for track care, depending on weather and track conditions.

    A quick note, I am also a rider, I completely understand what it’s like waiting for other groups to be done and it be your turn. We will try and get the most people riding that we can and will make changes throughout the day to make that happen.

    Remember May 3 is also a gear and bike sale. Bring a table bring gear trade and sell.!!

  • May 4, 2025 - Rider Clinics - Track only available for those who are signed up

    Canaan Lions MX is hosting three clinics for non-race bike and beginner racer, 50cc race bikes- 85CC BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE riders, and BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE riders. The clinics will be taught by Tyler Paul, Damian Warner, Tony Lorusso, and other guest coaches (TBA). The cost is $25, and the classes are limited to 20 riders each. Please email Canaannhmx@gmail.com to sign up, and payment must be received within 48 hours to secure your spot. The track will only be available to those who are signed up, and riders in the Tony Lorusso classes must be able to pick up and start their own bike or have someone who can assist
